Once every three years

WHERE DOES THE AUCTION TAKE PLACE?

It takes place on campus and this year the party will take place in the new Doggett Fieldhouse.

WHAT IS THE THEME THIS YEAR?

Western Wanderlust, A Night Beyond you WILDEST Dreams

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Black Tie with a western flair

WHAT TAKES PLACE AT THE AUCTION?

The night will be filled with delightful fun, live entertainment, seated dinner with Silent, Big Board, and Live Auction items. 

WHAT DOES THE AUCTION BENEFIT?

Proceeds from the event enrich Kinkaid immeasurably and directly enhance the quality of each student's education. 

HOW DO I ATTEND?

Table and ticket options will be open on Tuesday, October 1st. Be on the lookout for an email with table, ticket, and sponsorship opportunities.

You will be able to buy a table and host friends OR form a table with friends or other people in your child(ren)'s grade(s) and reach a higher sponsorship level based on the cumulative amount contributed by everyone at your table.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

There are many ways to participate:

• Purchase a table or ticket for the event
• Join an Auction committee
• Donate an item for the Auction
• Buy an ad in the Auction Program
